Season Local Vocal

Saturday, Mar 15, 2008 07:30 PM

Adults $15, Seniors $12, Students $10 and Family $40 (2 adults and up to 4 children) available at The Times-Call, Twin Peaks Mall or Call 303-651-SONG

As a part of this concert we will present J.S. Bach's, "Motet No. 6, Lobet den Herrn, alle Heiden" and several of his chorales. American composer, Samuel Barber, will also be featured with his beautiful, "Sure On This Shining Night", and "Under the Willow Tree" and other selections. And in keeping with our "B" theme, we will enjoy performing some of the Beatles' music, both a cappella arrangements (from the King's Singers), and medleys of some of their most popular songs. Joining us in this concert will be an extraordinary guitarist, Jim Deeming, and a live band to more realistically present the music of the Beatles.
