This Boulder Chorale fundraiser will be held at the Hotel Boulderado
(2115 13th St., Boulder, CO) on the Mezzanine, May 6, 2007, 6:00 to 9:00 PM.
Admission is $50 per person.
PURCHASING INSTRUCTIONS
Deadline for receiving payment is Monday, April 30th.
Anyone may purchase admission to the party by check or credit card.
To pay by check, mail the names of attendees and a
check for $50 per person (made out to Boulder Chorale) to the following address:

To pay by credit card, mail the following information to the above address:
names of the attendees
the cardholder's name, address and phone number
the credit-card number and expiration date
the total number of tickets to purchase.
You may also call 303-554-7692 and give your information over the phone.
However you pay, the
Chorale must receive your payment by Monday, April 30th.
You will not receive a paper ticket. Instead, your name will be added to the guest list, and you will be checked in when you arrive at the party.
Boulder Chorale members have the additional option of paying in person at two Chorale rehearsals: April 17 and 24. Again, we must receive your payment by Monday, April 30th.
