CHORALE ANNOUNCEMENTS
DVD of Season Finale Concert with the Boulder Symphony Orchestra, from Devin Hughes:
On behalf of the Symphony, I wanted to thank you for the wonderful collaboration. We had a blast and I think the audience really had a great time. Please give my best to the entire Chorale!
On another note, we have DVDs fully produced of the performances. These are really well done. If anyone in the Chorale would like to purchase one, they are $15. They may contact Ginger Hedrick gingerhedrick@gmail.com to place an order.

End of Season information, from Brad Walters, President:
The potluck next Tuesday starts at 6:00pm. We’re going to rely on the ‘luck’ part of it as far as balance goes, so bring whatever you’d like to share. Remember to bring your Carmina score if you have one. Don’t miss our end of the year party!
Several people have asked me about who needs to audition for next season. New people and anyone interested in singing in the Chamber group need to audition; existing Boulder Chorale singers do not.
We’ve arranged to have a Boulder Chorale booth at the Open Arts Fest on the Pearl St. mall again this year. This year’s event will be Saturday and Sunday, July 20 and 21. We’ve done this the last two years, and it’s been good exposure for us, particularly in the effort to recruit new members. We get this booth space at no cost, by providing volunteers to work as assistants to the staff running the event. We’ll need to fill 8 volunteer slots, each about 3 hours on average, plus staff our booth for the two days of the event.
I’ll bring a signup sheet for staffing our booth to the potluck next week, but you can sign up right now for one of the 8 volunteer slots by going here: http://dbi.volunteerlocal.com/volunteer/?id=2709
You can select the time and duties that best suit your needs. In the space that asks, “how did you hear about this opportunity”, enter ‘Boulder Chorale’, so we get the credit for it. From my experience, it’s a pretty easy gig, and a fun and interesting event to be a part of.
